The Advanced Food Sensitivities & IBD Practicum is a specialized training designed to help dietitians effectively assess and manage food sensitivities, intolerances, and inflammatory bowel diseases using evidence-based nutritional strategies.
This practicum explores the differences between food allergies, intolerances, and sensitivities while providing practical guidance on elimination diets, symptom management, and personalized nutrition interventions. Participants will also learn about Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, including current dietary approaches used to support remission and improve quality of life.
