The Advanced Ramadan Practicum for Dietitians is designed to help nutrition professionals effectively support patients during the Holy Month of Ramadan through evidence-based dietary guidance and practical meal-planning strategies. This training addresses the nutritional, behavioral, and lifestyle challenges associated with fasting while helping patients achieve their health, wellness, and weight-management goals safely.
Participants will learn how to adapt nutrition plans according to fasting schedules, eating habits, physical activity levels, and individual goals. The practicum also focuses on common Ramadan-related nutrition concerns including hydration, nutrient balance, meal timing, and weight fluctuations.
