The Advanced Sports Nutrition & Meal Planning for Exercisers and Athletes Practicum is a specialized evidence-based training developed to help dietitians confidently assess, counsel, and support athletes and active individuals. This course focuses on advanced sports nutrition principles, individualized energy and nutrient planning, body composition management, and practical meal planning for diverse training scenarios.
Participants will learn how to tailor nutrition interventions according to exercise intensity, training goals, recovery demands, and body composition objectives. The practicum also addresses complex sports nutrition challenges such as simultaneous muscle gain and fat loss, injury recovery, and performance optimization.
