The Eating Disorders Practicum is a clinically focused training designed to help dietitians recognize, assess, and support individuals struggling with eating disorders. This evidence-based course introduces participants to the diagnostic criteria of common eating disorders while emphasizing sensitive communication, screening techniques, and multidisciplinary care approaches.
Through practical case studies, role-playing exercises, and interview simulations, participants will strengthen their ability to identify disordered eating behaviors and provide patient-centered support in clinical settings.

Recognize disordered eating behaviors and warning signs
Conduct eating disorder screening interviews
