The Nutrition & Fertility Practicum for Dietitians is an evidence-based training focused on the relationship between nutrition, lifestyle, body composition, and reproductive health. This course equips dietitians with practical tools and up-to-date scientific knowledge to support individuals and couples trying to conceive.
Participants will explore dietary and lifestyle factors that may positively or negatively impact fertility while learning how to provide personalized nutrition guidance to optimize reproductive health outcomes.
