The Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) Practicum for Dietitians is an advanced practical training designed to help dietitians confidently support women living with PCOS through evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle interventions. This course addresses both the physiological and psychological impact of PCOS while emphasizing holistic and patient-centered counseling approaches.
Participants will explore insulin resistance, hormonal imbalances, weight-management challenges, and effective dietary strategies for improving metabolic and reproductive health outcomes in women with PCOS.
